They're looking for an Accounting Manager to take the lead on core accounting responsibilities while also lending light support to other areas of business operations. This is an onsite position with clear growth potential into a Controller role.

What You'll Do
Accounting & Finance (Primary Focus)
Manage daily accounting functions including overseeing the AP/AR generalist, and working in the general ledger
Reconcile bank accounts and oversee cash flow
Support financial reporting, monthly close, and budgeting efforts
Monitor inventory activity across warehouse locations
Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate vendor/customer setup
Prepare financial statements and assist with tax and audit prep
Maintain accurate records and make process improvement recommendations
Partner with leadership to optimize cash flow and track financial performance
Business Operations (Light Support)
Coordinate with vendors for services like IT, insurance, and security
Help maintain employee records and assist with onboarding
Answer occasional internal HR or benefits-related questions
Set up wire payments and assist with documentation for audits
Pitch in on special projects and help streamline internal processes
What We're Looking For
3+ years of accounting or finance experience
Proficient in Excel; experience with Sage or QuickBooks is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and a collaborative, can-do attitude
Nice to Have (but not required)
Exposure to HR or office operations
Familiarity with payroll or inventory systems
Experience in a product-based or distribution environment
