Job Description

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

· Document business requirements

· Create Jira tickets based on requirements

· Create and update process documentation

· Create and maintain workflows

· Maintain support inbox

· Create, review and update user guides

· Process, monitor and follow up with business regarding the accuracy of submitted information

· Produce reports to track and monitor data as required

· Salesforce support

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Equivalent Work Experience

· Salesforce experience

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Customer service experience with strong ability to own issues, follow up and provide resolution to issues with solution options where necessary

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Preferred:

· Ability to gather and analyze data from multiple information technology sources

· Experience troubleshooting end user issues and providing clear steps to retrieve such data while supporting the customerCompany Description
