Sales Manager

Minimum 5 Years experience in Sales Manager

Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to fill an opening with a manufacturing company. This is a fully remote position, with the candidate needing to reside in the greater Houston, Texas area.

Requirements of the Sales Manager

Minimum of 3 5 years of proven experience in sales or a closely related role; prior experience in commercial roofing or waterproofing products is highly desirable.

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities of the Sales Manager

Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets set by the organization.

Travel throughout the Houston area to engage with current and prospective customers, as well as key influencers, delivering tailored presentations and support to drive business growth.

Proactively grow revenue and profitability by connecting daily with potential commercial clients within the assigned territory.

Monitor and evaluate territory performance against key metrics (e.g., sales forecasts, budgets, new accounts), and take strategic action to improve outcomes.

Deliver multiple weekly PowerPoint presentations, both in-person and virtually, to educate and inform customers (training provided).

Collaborate with internal departments to communicate customer needs and secure necessary support to meet sales objectives.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial project design through to successful project completion

Willingness to travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight trips, to effectively support customer needs.

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to leadership.

Contribute to setting sales goals and performance targets within the assigned territory.

Assist in developing a comprehensive territory coverage plan, defining customer touchpoints and support strategies to meet sales objectives.

Maintain up-to-date records of field activities and provide special reports as needed to support business and product planning.

Log daily sales activities and interactions in the company s CRM platform, HubSpot.
