Key qualifications necessary

• Thin-Wall tight-tolerance net-Shape zinc die casting experience.

• Nonferrous die casting

• I have I S O-9000 auditing experience.

• Foundry Experience desired

• Machining 5+ years

• 4+ Years Experience as a QC Manager in the above related experience.

• Strong intercommunication and personnel skills.

• Excellent background in machine shop close tolerances and exotic metal background, preferably used in aerospace applications.

• Excellent effective communicator and ability to coordinate departments to achieve on-time assignments.

• Strong management and hands-on experience and background.

• Ability to hit the ground running to conduct audits while handling other activities to their effective completion.

• Engineering background or degree a desired.

SUMMARY of successful candidate profile.

The successful candidate we seek may have started out in a manufacturing environment involving metals, possibly as a machinist or engineering technician, looking for a career in the metals, machine shop, or fabricating field. This candidate has successfully worked his or her career with companies that have worked closely with aerospace, medical field, electronics, and metal fabrication type of devices from small to large chassis or other types of close tolerances used in aerospace whether it be used in military applications or commercial products machine to specifications that demand high quality constant testing and the need from first piece the final inspection using everything from calipers, veneers, height gauges and coordinate measuring type machines preferably this person has had exposure to exotic metals and foundry type exposure.

We need your background and experience in zinc die casting, as well as your experience working with customers in the communications, medical, defense, automotive, and hardware industries.
