Warehouse Operator

Job Description

Receiving, warehousing, packaging, and shipping products within company’s guidelines. New and refurbished products.

Manage returned goods following company s guidelines.

Prepare packages of parts to be shipped by UPS or others.

Use of Forklift.

Use of Outlook for emails and company s software.

Lifting boxes up to 50 lbs. approx.

Maintain warehouse clean and organized and products and parts well identified and located at the right place.

Physical inventory control of products and parts and proper rotation of goods: First in, first out.

Fill out paperwork for the operations manager regarding daily shipments and goods received in the warehouse.

Communicate discrepancies, if any, when receiving goods from suppliers.

Test products when needed to verify proper functioning.

Assist sales with preparation of shipping for trade shows.

Coordinate with service for machines to be converted or electrical configuration changed.

Open and close warehouse and gates.

Requirements:

Warehousing and forklift driving experience. 2+ years.

Forklift certification

Packaging of parts experience.

Lifting capabilities up to 50 lbs. approx.

Basic computer skills.

Responsible, reliable, and organized person.

Bilingual: English and Spanish
