We are looking for both day shunters, working Monday to Friday. The basic hourly rate is £14.47 per hr hours, and you will only be working Monday to Friday with Christmas and Bank Holidays off! What you’ll do on a typical day:

You will be safely driving our HGV Class 1 and Shunt Vehicles in a courteous manner

Covering Shunting requirements on our customers site

Making sure all goods are correctly strapped before commencing journeys

Driving the latest equipment and operating to safety standards

Collecting backload where required

Safely operate our vehicle delivering British Gypsum products

You will be making one to two deliveries per day

Driving the latest Scania tractor units where safety is utmost in our minds (FORS Gold Standard)

What you need to succeed at XPO:

Valid LGV C+E Licence

An up to date CPC and DIGI card

No more than 6 points on your licence

No DD, DR or IN endorsements showing on your licence
