Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Field Force Capability & Development Executive

Responsible for ensuring the implementation of field force efficiency plans to drive field force efficiency capability and motivation to achieve sales business objectives.

As the Field Force Capability & Development Executive in the area of Sales, you will:

Field Force Capabilities

Support the implementation of the field force competencies assessment level through relevant assessment and development methodology

Implement the agreed appropriate capability development approach (training, coaching) to address the competencies gap in collaboration with People & Culture

Support the evaluation of the field force capability program effectiveness to enable room for continuous improvement

Develop and deliver training module based on the competencies needs/business situation

Sales Force Architecture

Support the development and maintenance of the field force work scope, including ARCI, PosDesc, Workload, Task Lists, KPI.

Ensure the field force work scope is implemented through feedback gathering and field visits

Incentives Plan

Generate and calculate a monthly incentives report based on field force performance and ensure the accuracy of the report

Monitor field force incentives achievement through regular monitoring & reporting

Field Force Productivity

Generate a field force productivity report and follow up on issues and necessary actions to the field force team

Monitor field force productivity; identify areas to improve and propose key initiatives in boosting productivity

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales, distributor management, and/or financial distribution, preferably with multinational FMCG

Good knowledge in the financial field, intelligence, cycle tasks execution, and reporting/KPI monitoring

Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
