Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Data Analyst to support our global procurement and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support strategic sourcing decisions, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and database management, along with a strong understanding of global procurement processes.
Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Perform advanced analytics to identify trends, outliers, and actionable insights across procurement and supply chain functions.
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), and Excel.
Collaborate with business and procurement teams to translate data into strategic recommendations.
Optimize data pipelines and contribute to improvements in data quality and governance.
Support predictive modeling, statistical forecasting, and machine learning projects.
Present data findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
Lead cross-functional analytics projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain analytics role.
Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and international cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, and machine learning concepts.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and write optimized queries for performance.
General knowledge of the automotive aftermarket is preferred.
Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural team leadership skills.
