Job Skills / Requirements

The Branch Manager will be a key player in overseeing operations, driving sales, and managing client relationships within our Louisiana portfolio. This hybrid role will require a blend of operational duties, sales initiatives, client engagement, and team hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security/guarding services, with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

• Manage the hiring and training of staff to build a strong team of security professionals.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Monitor branch performance metrics and report on progress towards goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the security/guarding industry.

• Proven leadership and management skills.

• Strong sales background with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Experience with Win Team is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience ($60k-$70k).

• Mileage Vehicle Allowance (MVA).

• Commission on business sold, contingent on meeting company requirements.
