Responsibilities for Operation Manager: - • Responsible for the accuracy of inventory management and distributions.
• Supervise periodic and ad-hoc inventory audits and reconciliation of actual stock in warehouses and on production lines with ERP system.
• Monitor delivery schedule and customer orders • Manage New Products Launches Activities.
• Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS). • Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand • Preparation of periodic reports presenting the inventory status and provide recommendations for inventory control issues to support in decision making.
• File claims when defective products are discovered • Investigate & identify root causes of inventory discrepancies in receiving & dispatch processes and develop corrective actions to eliminate recurrence.
• Establish cycle counting and ensuring frequency of inventory counts meet company and audit requirements • Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
• Prepare the all kind of Inventory Detailed Reports, Aging Report & Reconciliations.
Qualifications for Operation Manager: - • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Stock Controller in retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management software such as ODOO or any Inventory Management System.
• Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with competing priorities.
