This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting production machinery, supporting changeovers, and contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Day and night shifts are available, with a rotating 12-hour schedule.

Shift Schedule:12-hour shiftsNight shift includes 10% shift differentialIncludes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks per shiftOvertime paid according to labor laws Key Responsibilities:Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned automation equipmentTroubleshoot and adjust machinery to ensure smooth operation and minimal scrapPerform routine preventive maintenance on equipmentLog findings in maintenance tracking systemsComplete hourly glove counts and weigh end-of-shift scrapSupport equipment startups, shutdowns, and changeoversKeep machines and work areas clean and organizedCommunicate with Automation Supervisor and support team coordination Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing machineryBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quicklyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityPositive attitude and strong teamwork skillsEffective written and verbal communication Working Conditions:Must be able to move quickly between machines during shiftEnvironment is well-ventilated and well-lit but not temperature controlledPPE required (helmets, gloves, safety goggles)Regular safety drills and clear emergency protocolsDesignated outdoor smoking areas Training and Development:Comprehensive onboarding and equipment trainingOngoing skills development and safety refreshers Health and Wellness:Access to clean drinking water and sanitation facilitiesWellness programs, including counseling services Workplace Conduct:Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or bullyingCulture of teamwork, respect, and collaboration Alternate Titles:Automation Machine TechnicianManufacturing Automation OperatorIndustrial Automation SpecialistProduction Equipment Technician We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
