Logistic Manager

DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES

1. Facilitates truck loading assignments to delivery crew, to ensure non-conflict in delivery route and stocks loading.

2. Assigns a delivery team (driver and helpers) to facilitate the outlet delivery.

3. Coordinates delivery concern in field to office personnel

4. Ensures that delivery team achieved target KRAs in ensuring good servicing to customers

5. Conducts customer service survey on trade

6. Conducts integrity back check audit of delivery team on field

7. Manages attendance, scheduling, general discipline and integrity of the delivery team

8. Performs other tasks as assigned by his/her superior if deemed necessary

FLEET MANAGEMENT

1. Documents all repairs, audits, expenses of all vehicles of the operation

2. Facilitates PMS, battery and tires replacements and other repairs of vehicles

3. Ensures that fleet expenses are within budget

4. Ensures that all vehicles have respective permits

4. Renews insurance coverage and facilitate any claims and repairs related to insurance
