We are hiring Direct Support Professionals, Group Home Managers, Assistant Group Home Managers, and LPNs to support residents with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Job Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional:

Assist and/or supervise in activities of daily living skills

Administer or assist with prescribed medication

Light housekeeping

Assist with transportation

Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives

Data entry using Therap (EHR)

Assist residents in the pursuit of recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences and individual plans Job Requirements for Direct Support Professional:

HS diploma or equivalent

A valid driver's license in good standing and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance

Strong communication skills Job Responsibilities of a Group Home Manager and Assistant Manager:

Supervise all aspects of the group home.

Plan and conduct staff meetings and trainings.

Conduct interviews and observations, provide feedback, and complete employee evaluations.

Share on-call responsibilities with the group home Assistant Manager.

Uphold agency and licensing regulations.

Responsible for creating staff scheduling

Assist with scheduling doctors' appointments.

Responsible for program and client finances

Assists and supervises in activities of daily living skills

Administer or assist with prescribed medication.

Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives.

Data entry using Therap (EHR)

Assist residents in pursuing recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences and individual plans. Job Requirements for a Group Home Manager and Assistant Manager:

HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred

Experience as a supervisor and working with people with disabilities

A valid driver's license in good standing & must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance

Strong organizational and communication skills LPN Job Responsibilities:

Administers medication and medical treatments as required and completes documentation

Accompanies individuals to and from medical appointments and activities as needed

Assists with activities of daily living as needed

Data entry using Therap (EHR)

Implements medically prescribed diets and exercise programs

Completes documentation that is necessary for program operations promptly LPN Job Requirements:

A valid NJ State Practical Nurse License

HS diploma or equivalent

A valid driver's license is in good standing and must be insurable under NJID's automobile insurance.

Experience with G-tube feedings

Experience working with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities preferred Benefits:
