Graduate of any 4 year course

Experience in Automation is highly advantage

Monitor and Assist Machine Set Up and PMS

Knowledgeable in Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting

Basic PLC Programming

Monitor Service Reports of Service Engineers

Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao Laguna

Must know how to drive manual and automatic

Responsibilities:

Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.

Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met

Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.

Resolving service problems and improving service methods to increase the service productivity and customer service

Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.

Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use

Communicate to all suppliers local and abroad in case of technical issues of machines
