Band Saw Operator

Our client, in Columbus OH, has an immediate opening for a band saw operator.

Requirements:

• Successful band saw operators possess attentiveness to detail, steady hands, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions and interpret drawings. The ability to perform accurate measurements and basic arithmetic are also necessary.

• Successful band saw operators possess an understanding of the different types of steel in manufacturing.

• Knowledge of material certificates

• Knowledge of using a grinder and sanding wheels to debur steel parts

• Team player that can work well with others and be self-motivated.
