Job Description:

We are seeking a Tendering Engineer to manage and lead the complete tendering lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.

Responsibilities:

Register and manage tenders on e-portals like GeM.

Vet tenders, analyse requirements, and ensure timely submissions.

Prepare and standardise bid documents, including pre-qualifications and tender questionnaires.

Collaborate across departments to collect technical/commercial documents.

Handle vendor registration, pre-bid queries, EMD, BG, and PBG processes.

Troubleshoot DSC, browser, and site-related issues.

Maintain tender records and archives.
