Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle HCM Application Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This role is ideal for an IT professional with hands-on experience supporting Oracle Human Capital Management systems in a dynamic, enterprise environment. You’ll play a key part in ensuring system reliability, enhancing user experience, and supporting HR-related processes through effective platform management and collaboration across departments. Responsibilities
Provide technical support and day-to-day oversight of the Oracle HCM platform.
Assist in the integration of new software and tools and perform routine diagnostic testing.
Participate in on-call rotation to support off-hours platform availability.
Manage user access, permissions, personalization, and related platform configurations.
Develop and maintain user documentation, procedures, and training guides; conduct training as needed.
Collaborate with departments including finance, payroll, and benefits, as well as external vendors, to support project goals.
Implement platform customizations, automated workflows, and enhancements that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM systems.
Strong understanding of HR-related IT support and the ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
Experience with one or more of the following Oracle HCM modules:
Time and Labor
Absences
Core HR
Payroll
Benefits
Compensation
HCM Analytics
Familiarity with Visual Builder Studio (VBS) is a plus.
