Engineering Program Manager

Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.

Duties include: managing the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in software and application engineering projects; leading a team of developers and quality engineers to unexplored technological areas and develop innovative features while staying current with the latest development best practices; implementing product features through entire life cycle, from requirement analysis to delivery, meeting the reliability, performance and quality targets required by Adobe; planning and managing the team's workload by assigning work, monitoring and resolving problems, anticipating and overcoming potential conflicts and roadblocks; reviewing and contributing to architectural decisions and feature specifications; and holding regular meetings and providing regular team and feature status to management.

May allow for partial telecommuting.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Engineering Program Manager-related occupation.
