We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to support our event planning and execution operations. In this role, you will work closely with our Events Manager to ensure every event runs smoothly, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating corporate and client-facing events
Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal departments
Handle logistics such as event set-up, materials, and schedules
Maintain inventory of event supplies and promotional materials
Support on-site execution, guest coordination, and problem-solving
Collect post-event feedback and assist in evaluation reports
Maintain event documentation and budget tracking
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience in event coordination or administrative support preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
