Our innovative and growing company is looking for a customer service Manager. The role as a customer service Manager will be providing the link between the customers, business partners and the company to ensure effective running of the company’s projects.
Responsibilities
-Generating sale leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary.
-Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agent and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
-Keeping record of customers interaction and details of action taken.
-Delivery a comprehensive service to enquiry customers.
-Managing large numbers of calls both incoming and outgoing calls.
-Learn about company’s products or services and keep to date with changes.
