What You'll Do as a Teller
This position is all about connection, accuracy, and service. You'll:
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions with care
Maintain an accurate and secure cash drawer
Answer members' questions, solve issues, and make updates to accounts
Provide clear, friendly service while educating members about products and services
Identify needs and offer financial solutions tailored to each member
Represent Elevate's values in every interaction-with members and teammates alike
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings more than just work experience-they bring reliability, attention to detail, and a professional mindset. You'll be a great fit if you have:
A high school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of steady customer service experience
Strong communication and computer skills
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing things the right way
A positive outlook and a team-first attitude
Bonus points (and extra pay!) if you speak Spanish.
Work Schedule
This part-time Teller position averages 34 hours per week. You typically work 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM M-F. We occasionally have 8:00 a.m. meetings on Tuesdays. Tellers take turns working Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. If you work a Saturday, you'll get a day off the following week.
