Our client is a leading concrete construction firm in Columbus, OH. They have an immediate need for a Concrete Foreman in their commercial division.

Responsibilities Include:

Fully responsible for safely and productively completing foundations on assigned projects.

Supervise the work of crew members responsible for laying out, excavating, setting anchor bolts, tie rebar, preparing, placing, finishing and curing concrete.

Run a safe job site, responsible for the safety of crew members.

Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members.

Coordinating with inspectors and general contractor.

Resolving all problems that may affect project quality and completion.

Requirements:

2+ years experience as a concrete foreman

Ability to read plans and perform layout

Set grades

Measuring for concrete

Set anchor bolts

Familiar with excavation

Excellent management, organization and communication skills

Ability to multitask

Ability to lead and supervise
