Our customer is Production House startup, backed by huge conglomerate group. They are looking for senior Model Scout /Talent Scout to identify raw, undiscovered individuals, mentor them through their development program, and prepare them to be the next star.
What You'll Do:
Spearhead nationwide scouting tours (Bali surf communities, Javanese universities, Papua cultural festivals) to discover 200+ potentials/year.
Develop "Diamond in the Rough" profiles: street vendors with runway presence, TikTok dancers with acting range.
Lead weekly audition workshops assessing photogenics, charisma, and coachability using industry tools (Polaroid tests, improv challenges).
Build digital scouting infrastructure: AI tools for social media mining (TikTok/Instagram), database management.
Negotiate exclusivity deals with top 1% discoveries (3-year agency contracts).
Train 5 regional scouts on assessment frameworks and ethical recruitment.
Track talent success metrics: Booking rate, career longevity (>3 years), international placements.
What You'll Need:
4+ years in model/talent scouting (agency or production house background)
Portfolio of successful talents scouted
Mastery of:
Indonesias talent landscape (traditional vs. social media stars)
Global beauty/fashion standards (height, skin tone versatility)
Legal frameworks (minor work permits, contract law)
Willingness for weekend travel (festivals, remote villages)
