Operation Manager

As Operations Manager, we rely on you to:

- Drive operational excellence by optimizing resort efficiency while maintaining the perfect balance between business objectives and guest satisfaction.

- Provide dynamic, hands-on leadership to strengthen our market position through innovative initiatives

- Ensure full compliance with resort operating procedures, policies, and service standards while maintaining superior quality across all operations.

- Provide comprehensive oversight of all operations, with particular emphasis on training.

We are looking for someone who:

- Brings a minimum of 5 years experience in similar international luxury hotels or comparable hospitality establishments.

- Exhibits strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with proven experience managing daily operations efficiently and effectively.

- Shows a consistently positive attitude, strong adaptability, and excellence in handling high-pressure situations with composure.

- Possesses comprehensive experience across multiple hospitality departments, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of resort operations.
