Position Overview:
This position will be under the logistic company of Meratus (M-Global Logistics) and will be responsible to conduct market analyze and drive operational excellence to meet the budgets and targets set by the management.
Responsibilities:
Develop sales performance of all logistics products both domestic and international.
Analyze market trend as an opportunity of new business development.
Drive operational excellence to meet customer satisfaction level.
Deliver continuous improvement initiatives and help to identify inefficiencies and cost optimization.
Monitor and manage branch budgets, costs, and financial performance and also implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
Lead, motivate, and develop the logistics team to achieve performance targets and maintain high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure high standards of service are delivered to customers and also address and resolve any service issues or customer complaints.
Ensure that all activities comply with international regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willing to carry out not only operational tasks but also administrative tasks.
Proficient in English
In-depth understanding of logistics operations, inventory management, transportation, and warehousing
Possess awareness of industry trends and best practices
