Position Overview:
This position will responsible for implementing and evaluating QSHE-related policies and activities by coordinating the preparation of HSE documents to meet CSMS and contract requirements, such as HSE Plans, internal inspections, and audit reports, etc.
Responsibilities:
Review and coordinate the HSE documents to ensure compliance with CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) requirements and tender specifications related to Quality, Occupational Health and Safety management systems.
Review and coordinate the HSE Plan as a work execution requirement based on the contract scope, ensuring it is communicated and approved by the Project Owner to prevent workplace accidents and environmental pollution.
Review corrective action reports on audit findings to be submitted to the Project Owner and ensuring the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by Meratus Group.
Plan and coordinate random inspections at shipping, logistics, and terminal sites to ensure Safety Officers conduct inspections in accordance with applicable regulations.
Conduct internal audits, coordinate, and follow up based on the audit plan set by the management, ensuring the effectiveness of the management systems implemented in each division.
Prepare and review internal audit reports and follow-up actions to ensure audit activities are carried out as planned and in accordance with company regulations and procedures.
Deliver training and develop training evaluation systems for LPSQ Barriers and QHSE management system requirements to support effective implementation and compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Health & Safety or related major.
Minimum 5 years of experience in related field from shipping company.
Posses solid experience in the shipping company industry, familiar with CSMS, and ISM Code.
Willing to carry out not only operational tasks but also administrative tasks.
Proficient in English.
Willing to be placed at Head Office, Surabaya.
