Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive LCL Logistics to grow our Less than Container Load (LCL) business across domestic and international markets. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, building strong relationships with partners, and identifying new business opportunities to support the expansion of LCL services and trade lanes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct customer visits and branch engagement activities with the sales team.

Monitor daily LCL operations at origin and destination ports to ensure service quality.

Analyze market trends and evaluate competitors to enhance product offerings.

Follow up on sales leads and maintain a strong focus on key business prospects.

Report LCL business development progress to management monthly.

Build partnerships with start-ups and e-commerce companies to expand market reach.

Identify and evaluate new domestic and international route opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferably 2 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping (LCL experience preferred).

Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

Goal-oriented, willing to travel, and able to work flexible hours.

Proactive in identifying opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with logistics systems/tools.
