Project Manager

Salary Range: 40,000 - 50,000

Work Set-Up: Work onsite Mon-Fri 9pm - 6am

Responsibilities:

Plan project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Coordinate tasks and assign responsibilities to appropriate team members and subcontractors.

Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Ensure work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with project requirements.

Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure milestones are met.

Motivate, lead, and support the project team to meet objectives efficiently.

Manage project changes and adapt plans as needed.

Ensure projects deliver the intended outcomes and client satisfaction.

Primarily manage residential projects with minimal focus on commercial developments.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing residential construction or development projects

Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of construction standards, local building codes, and regulations.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
