We are looking for a meticulous and adaptable HR Executive (Payroll & HR Administration) to join our growing HR team. This position plays a critical role in supporting full-spectrum HR operations, with a primary focus on accurate payroll processing, HR administration, and regulatory compliance. What You Will Be Doing

Payroll Processing

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including salary computation, overtime, CPF, IR8A, and statutory submissions

Generate payslips and ensure timely disbursement

Handle payroll queries professionally and confidentially

Liaise with government agencies (IRAS, CPF Board, MOM) for compliance matters

HR Administration

Maintain and update HR records and employee files in compliance with PDPA

Support HR queries related to leave, benefits, and policies

Assist with onboarding processes (contracts, offer letters, new hire documentation)

Provide support on HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure HR processes comply with local labour laws and internal policies

Prepare monthly reports, payroll summaries, and statutory filings

Safeguard confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered

At least 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration (experience in an employment agency is a plus)

Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, IR8A, and MOM regulations

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/Payroll systems (Info-Tech preferred)

Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask under pressure

Fresh graduates with HR internship or payroll experience are welcome to apply
