The Scheduler is responsible for creating work orders, expediting and following up on business priorities, as well as creating, managing and strictly following regular schedules They will work alongside various upper management and internal personnel to create efficient plans for miscellaneous projects and overall work. You will gain vast industry experience that will open doors for you, extend your skillset and expand your perspective.
General Responsibilities
Assist with proposal development by preparing schedules, cost profiles, and supporting documentation.
Process prepayment cases according to company guidelines and procedures
Follow procedures for case management and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Participate in facility management meetings as required
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism
Provide administrative support as needed, including checking in examinees, chaperoning exams, mail handling, and other general office duties.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with MS Project and SAP is highly desired.
High school diploma or equivalent
Acts with a sense of urgency
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills
Strong proficiency in technical systems and tools relevant to the role is required
Background in maintenance planning and scheduling experience
Ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas in a team environment.
