Job Description

Machine Operators (multiple positions) Manitowoc, WI

Shift:

1st shift - 5a-3p M-Th

2nd shift - Both 3p-11p M-F and 3p-1a M-Th

Weekend - 11a-11p Fri/Sat/Sun

- 11p-11a Thu/Fri/Sat

Training will be on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks.

Pay: $20/hr

Dress Code – steal toe required

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate machines to fabricate parts according to specifications

- Use hand tools and equipment to handle materials and perform tasks such as cutting, bending, and shaping

- Ability to inspect parts using calipers, gages, tape measures.

- Inspect finished products for quality control and adjust as necessary

- Package finished products for shipment or storage

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience of operating machines or similar equipment is preferred

- Familiarity with tooling and materials handling techniques

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
