Position Highlights:

Weekly Home Time: Consistent 34-hour reset at home

Compensation: $0.54–$0.60 CPM (based on verified experience)

Miles: Expect 2,300+ weekly miles

Average Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,800

Freight Type: 100% no-touch; 50–60% drop & hook

Operating Area: TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, and Western TN

Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliners & Kenworths

Dispatch Support: Available 24/7

Extras You’ll Appreciate:

Detention: $12.50/hr after 2 hours

Layover & Breakdown: $100/day

Performance Bonus: Earn up to 3 CPM extra

Hiring Requirements:

Valid CDL-A license

Minimum 3 months recent experience within the last 3 years (any type: local, regional, OTR)

Experience hauling trailers over 40 feet

Age 21 or older

Maximum 3 moving violations in 3 years (no more than 2 in past 12 months)

No DOT-recordable accidents

Must pass both urine and hair follicle drug screening

SAP not accepted
