About the role

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, and resource allocation.

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of HVAC systems.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.

Team Coordination:

Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance as needed.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.mising quality.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.

Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation processes.

Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, ISHRAE).

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
