Job description

Your main role will be to cooperate on:

Deployment of Corporate Solutions offerings (trial environment setup, production deployment based on client’s requirements)

Monitoring of environment where the solution is deployed

Definition, technical setup and maintenance of key metrics

Setup and maintenance of automated testing of the solution at new release

What else does Technical Specialist role entail?

you ll get familiar with existing ESET products and their components as well as with the tools, processes and procedures that are relevant for the team

having a 360-degree view about ESET security solutions and products you will be able to setup and configurate them regarding customer needs

you will analyze technical aspects of environments (architecture, infrastructure, OS, databases, etc.) & evaluate their advantages / disadvantages / limits / risks in order to be able to provide best potential solutions / configurations of security products in customer’s environment

cooperation with other teams and departments to effectively fulfill tasks

What are our requirements?

proven experience as IT consultant / Technical Specialist / System Engineer / Service delivery manager or similar role

advanced Linux/Unix administration experience (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Debian).

at least basic containerization & orchestration experience: Kubernetes (Helm is a plus), Docker.

experience with Cloud platforms: Azure and/or AWS (IAM, networking, compute, storage).

understanding of cloud terminology and models: Public, Private, Hybrid Cloud; IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.

scripting and infrastructure automation: Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools

Basic wage component (brutto): from 2 500 EUR

* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).

* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
