We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support the data management needs of our charity organization. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records of donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, and program activities. Your attention to detail will help ensure effective operations, meaningful reporting, and strong community engagement.
Responsibilities:
Input and update donor, volunteer, and program information into internal databases and CRM systems.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry and correct any discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with organizational policies.
Conduct periodic data reviews and quality checks to ensure data consistency.
Assist in preparing reports for fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and program evaluations.
Maintain accurate contact lists for newsletters, event invitations, and outreach efforts.
Digitize and file physical documents such as donation forms and volunteer records.
Provide administrative support across departments as needed.
