Lead Java Developer

Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer (Angular) Location: Dallas, TX, Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 13+ years Job Summary We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong background in modern web technologies, especially Angular on the frontend and robust backend development experience.

As a technical leader, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications, mentoring a team of developers, and driving best practices across the full development lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and implementation of full stack web applications using Angular (latest versions) and backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, .NET, or others.Take ownership of end-to-end development from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of applications.Manage sprint planning, estimation, and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and drive innovation within the team.

Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.Strong experience with Angular (v10 or above), including RxJS, NgRx, and component-based architecture.Proficiency in backend development using technologies like Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), or .NET Core.Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, npm, etc.).Good understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, JUnit, or Mocha.Prior experience working in a fast-paced Agile team.
