Join our pediatric therapy team and help children grow, communicate, and thrive in a supportive outpatient setting. H2 Health is seeking a passionate SLP or SLPA who’s excited to work with children and families in a collaborative, play-based environment.

What You’ll Do:
Provide evaluation and treatment services for children with speech, language, feeding, and communication needs
Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor progress
Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and therapists to ensure holistic support
Document progress using EMR and participate in care planning
What You’ll Need:
SLP:
Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
Active (or eligible) Florida SLP license
Pediatric experience preferred
SLPA:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with FL SLPA license
Supervised pediatric fieldwork preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
