Company Description

Victory is a fast-paced, innovative agency where some of the world’s most ambitious brands come to build big ideas and bold creative. We specialize in branding, digital content, and experiential design—and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who’s ready to grow, collaborate, and bring sharp creative thinking to the table.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll contribute across a variety of mediums—helping bring ideas to life through branding, editorial design, digital content, and experiential visuals. You’ll work closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, and senior designers to execute on concepts and deliver polished work that moves fast but never feels rushed. This role is ideal for someone who’s grounded in the craft, confident with visual storytelling, and excited to make an impact inside a collaborative, hands-on creative team.

What You’ll Do:

Bring visual concepts to life across branding, editorial, experiential, digital, and print applications.

Collaborate with Art Directors and Senior Designers to translate creative strategy into compelling executions.

Design for decks, presentations, social media, and event environments with a sharp eye for detail.

Prepare and organize production-ready files across digital and print formats.

Contribute ideas in brainstorms, design reviews, and project kick-offs.

Juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.

What You'll Bring:

3–5 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within an agency or creative studio.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, Figma, with solid experience in Keynote a bonus.

Understanding of layout, composition, typography, and color theory.

Familiarity with both digital and print production processes.

Ability to follow creative direction while also bringing your own point of view to the work.

Strong organization and time management skills, with attention to detail.

A team mindset—someone who listens, contributes, and grows with feedback.

A portfolio that shows range, executional sharpness, and a clear creative process.
