VAinUSA is growing our team! We’re looking for a Bilingual Property Manager who’s experienced in U.S. property management or real estate. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in handling tenant relations and property operations, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish

Minimum 2 years of property management or real estate experience

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of lease agreements, rental laws, and tenant coordination

Experience with any of the following tools is a huge plus:

- AppFolio

- Buildium

- Propertyware

- Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive)

- Slack, Zoom, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with tenants, vendors, and property owners

Handle leases, renewals, inspections, and rent collection

Coordinate and track maintenance and repair requests

Maintain organized digital records and property reports

Schedule property activities and keep clients updated
