Duties include:
Responsible for collecting, compiling and analyzing sales funnel data of each store, generating output analysis report, and providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
Responsible for the collection and monitoring of store operations.
Oversee the end-to-end sales planning process, establishing management standards and execution tools. Develop standard procedures for each sales link, providing clear guidance to ensure store operations.
Responsible for developing and optimizing promotion policies. Identify and address network weaknesses by formulating effective strategies and providing operational guidance to dealers to enhance performance and efficiency.
Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing review of promotional policies
Responsible for achieving annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above
2-3 years or above experience in automobile sales and store management
Have experience in store management of mainstream automobile brands and understand the promotion policies of competitive brands.
