We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, management, compliance, and reporting functions of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of finance principles, and hands-on experience in managing financial operations—preferably in the real estate sector.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Strategy & Planning
Drive the financial strategy and long-term planning aligned with the company’s vision.
Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.2. Financial Operations
Oversee daily financial activities including payables, receivables, payroll, and transaction management.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliations and documentation.3. Budgeting & Cost Control
Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor budget vs. actual performance.
Collaborate with various departments to manage budgets and control operational costs.4. Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and dashboards.
Provide financial insights and reports to management and stakeholders to support performance review and planning.5. Statutory Compliance & Audits
Ensure compliance with applicable financial, taxation, and statutory laws including GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
Coordinate internal and external audits, including timely submission of returns and audit reports.6. Taxation
Manage direct and indirect tax functions including planning, filing, and assessment support.
Liaise with external consultants and tax advisors as needed.7. Financial Risk Management
Identify financial risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure proper internal controls and implement risk management policies.8. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finance professionals.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.9. Systems & Process Optimization
Implement financial systems and software to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Ensure the integrity, security, and backup of financial data and documentation.10. Vendor & Client Financial Coordination
Manage financial dealings with clients, contractors, and vendors.
Negotiate payment terms, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong professional relationships.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field (Master’s/MBA/CA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management with progressive leadership responsibilities.
Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Compensation
