Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician

Location: Addison, IL

Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial

Shift: 5:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday - ( 2+hrs of Overtime DAILY / No Weekends )

Pay: $37.00hr - $43.00hr + Quarterly / Annual Bonuses + Overtime = ($100k+)

Growing manufacturing client in Addison, IL is seeking a Senior-Level Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a direct-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and brings deep expertise in industrial equipment maintenance and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and production equipment

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including 3-phase systems (480V)

Perform PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)

Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs

Install, modify, and upgrade equipment and systems as needed

Maintain accurate documentation of work orders and repair logs

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards

Requirements:

5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong PLC troubleshooting and electrical repair experience

Solid understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and PLC ladder logic

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills

Comfortable working independently and as part of a maintenance team

Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed
