Job Title: Project Coordinator — Pipeline Projects

Location: Houston, TX 77079

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Travel: ~20% (Field Support)

We are seeking a Project Coordinator III with proven experience supporting liquid or natural gas pipeline projects. This role focuses on coordinating construction, maintenance, material delivery, and field activities — ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, operations, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Support field execution, outage planning, and material coordination

Manage project schedules, critical milestones, and documentation

Lead project meetings, track action items, and maintain project records

Ensure contractor safety compliance and manage as-built documentation

Provide hands-on support for construction and pipeline maintenance activities

Requirements:

5–10 years project coordination experience in liquid pipeline projects

Field engineering or construction coordination background

Strong skills in MS Office, documentation control, and project tracking

Willingness to travel 20% for fieldwork

Preferred:

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with pipeline maintenance coordination

Engineering background preferred
