Job Overview:

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our KDP Tech Finance team. This role acts as a financial adviser to IT leaders and stakeholders delivering actionable insights to drive informed decision-making and optimize IT investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance or financial planning and analysis, with a solid understanding of IT operations and cost structures. This position will play a key role in driving financial transparency, managing complex financial models, and leading initiatives that enhance value across the IT portfolio.

What you will do:

Financial Planning & Budgeting:

Lead the development and management of IT budgets, forecasts, and financial models

Develop and enhance financial models to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis

Partner with IT leadership to align financial plans with strategic organizational goals

Cost Management & Optimization:

Analyze IT spend and cost drivers to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities

Contribute to IT cost optimization and productivity initiatives by identifying areas for efficiency improvements

Conduct variance analysis, providing clear, actionable insights on deviations from forecast and budget

Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports and dashboards to IT leadership

Provide meaningful analysis on IT portfolio performance, spend drivers, and investment returns

Oversee project cost tracking, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines

Manage labor recovery process and reporting, ensuring compliance with financial standards and internal policies

Consolidate financials across portfolios providing cost transparency and insights for IT leadership

Vendor & Contract Management:

Review and approve high-value purchase requests and purchase orders with financial accountability in mind

Partner with IT Procurement to manage vendor spend reporting, ensure accuracy, and drive savings opportunities

Support financial governance of IT contracts, including funding validation and spend monitoring

Compliance & Governance:

Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards, and corporate governance

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across IT finance processes, reporting, and tools

Support internal and external audit requests as needed

Leadership

Act as a key financial adviser to IT leadership, providing data-driven recommendations and influencing investment decisions

Mentor junior analysts and support the development of financial acumen across IT.

Requirements:

What you must have:

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (e.g., Business, Economics, Information Technology)

Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial management, financial analysis, or related role

Experience in working in multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments (preferred)

Technical and Other Skills:

Advanced Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and macros); able to create executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint

Advanced user of financial, planning, and reporting platforms (e.g., SAP, Apptio (TBM), etc.) with the ability to derive actionable insights from data

Skills to develop complex financial models and scenarios to support IT investment decisions and strategic planning

Ability to prepare and deliver financial presentations to senior stakeholders, translating financial data into clear business insights

Ability to independently identify cost optimization opportunities and contribute to broader IT cost transparency and efficiency efforts

Required Competencies and aptitudes:

Self-motivated team player with strong ability to interact with others, work under pressure, and adhere to deadlines

Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to propose positive solutions to complex problems

Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with focused attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally with a high level of customer service

Comfortable working with high volumes of data and the ability to identify and summarize key messages

Detailed and process improvement oriented

Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion

Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures, as well as our operating principles

Native-level proficiency/fluent in English.
