The position is permanent and full-time.

Our Processes & Automation team operates across regions within the global Shared Services Organization. We analyze and optimize administrative processes (e.g. using Process Mining), provide corresponding methodological expertise, develop automation solutions (e.g. Robotic Process Automation) and support process owners and local management in process optimization. Tasks:

At the core of your responsibilities you coordinate, prepare, and conduct cross-hierarchy Lean trainings (on-site and virtual) as part of a global expansion of our Lean culture

As an internal consultant on all questions related to Lean Management, you advise and support process managers and colleagues (primarily in the areas of HtR, PtP, and BtR/OtC) regarding continuous process optimization and actively drive the topic forward

You focus on evaluating, mapping, benchmarking, and optimizing administrative business processes to set new standards of efficiency

You develop and implement measures for root cause and solution finding while mentoring the organization in these methodologies

Using Lean methods and tools, you counteract various types of waste, establish consistent process standards and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

Several years of experience in Lean Administration and passion about Lean & agile working methods

During your Lean workshops and trainings, you inspire and captivate all participants

Proven experience in the application and implementation of Lean methods in the administrative area, with a focus on Finance, Procurement, HR

Strong cross-departmental and cross-hierarchy communication skills, with the assertiveness to drive change

Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills for identifying optimization potentials, conducting cause analysis, and developing solution approaches

Functional background or experience in HtR, PtP, and BtR/OtC or in a shared services environment is highly beneficial

Knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, is at a level to communicate in an international environment

Willingness to travel groupwide (~20%)
