Room Attendant
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities
Clean and Sanitize: Ensure guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Linen and Amenities: Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock room amenities as needed.
Report Issues: Promptly notify the supervisor of any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards.
Organize Workspace: Maintain a tidy, organized, and fully stocked cleaning cart or workstation.
Guest Assistance: Respond to guest requests and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Required Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not mandatory; we provide training for the right candidate.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift moderately heavy objects.

Work Schedule
