We’re looking for a detail-focused Data Input Specialist to join our remote team and help maintain high data integrity across our systems.

Job Overview:

The Data Input Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and updating various types of data into internal systems and databases. This role plays a key part in supporting engineering and business operations by ensuring information is up-to-date, organized, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Input and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and company platforms

* Review and verify incoming data for completeness and accuracy

* Organize, categorize, and maintain structured data sets

* Communicate with internal teams to clarify data inconsistencies or gaps

* Perform regular quality checks and report data anomalies

* Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times

* Support ad hoc data-related tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in business or computer science is a plus

* Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

* Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and web-based data tools

* Fast and efficient typing (minimum 50 WPM preferred)

* Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines remotely

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
