Job Summary:
DEP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Management Assistant to support the data management team with data entry, organization, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across various platforms, contributing to smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in entering and updating data in company databases and information systems.
Organize, file, and maintain both electronic and physical data records.
Help verify data for accuracy and completeness; report discrepancies.
Support data cleansing and validation efforts as needed.
Assist in generating routine reports and data summaries.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes.
Perform other administrative duties related to data management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Basic experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Ability to learn new software and data management tools.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
