Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team at a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier. You will be responsible for working on various lines and stations, primarily focusing on producing carpets for cars. This role includes loading and unloading the production line and assisting machine operators.
Responsibilities
Work on various production lines and stations to produce carpets for cars.
Load and unload the production line efficiently.
Assist machine operators as needed.
Ensure all tasks are completed according to safety and quality standards.Essential Skills
Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours.
Capability to lift 40-50 pounds.
General labor, production, and assembly skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
1 year of previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.Work Environment
Our facility is a large, climate-controlled warehouse/production environment, though temperatures can reach the 80s or 90s. It smells like new carpet and glue, so wearing long sleeves is recommended to protect your skin. Shifts are Monday to Thursday with mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed. First shift runs from 5am to 3:30pm

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of EUDORA, Kansas.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr.
