Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 hourly

The key responsibility for this role includes:
Managing multi-line phone system
Organize and maintain filing systems
Schedule and coordinate inspections
Enter customer information into company software
Dispatch emergency service calls
Perform data entry tasks
Maintain and update spreadsheets
Track job progress and status
Communicate and update TPA platforms
Accounts Receivable
Provide exceptional customer service
All candidates must have the following qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative support role
Familiarity with office management systems and practices
Proficient with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Skilled in QuickBooks/Accounting Software
Typing speed of 45+ words per minute
High School diploma or equivalent
This is a full-time position- Monday through Friday 8AM to 5APM with occasional overtime and on call weekend rotation after training.
